Office Closures and Potentially Self-Guided Tour Dates

Prior to registering for a tour, please take note of the dates below. By checking the "Tour Availability" column, you will be able to see when our office will be closed and when we will be offering self-guided tours. On self-guided tour dates (excluding group tours), your visit will begin with an information session; after which, we will do our best to provide a student-led campus tour but may not be able to do so due to limited student availability.

Parking Information

Campus tour visitors must park in the West Parking Structure, as the validation code in your tour confirmation email is not valid in any other parking lot or structure, including the Main Parking Structure. Parking is complimentary, but vehicle registration is required. Upon arrival, please locate a parking pay station in the West Parking Structure and follow the steps below to enter your license plate number and validation code.

Follow the steps below to ensure your vehicle is properly registered and avoid receiving a citation:

  • Step 1: Please note or take a photo of your vehicle’s license plate. Ensure your plate is clearly visible from the drive aisle; if backing in without a front plate, make sure your rear plate is unobstructed.
  • Step 2: At the pay station, if the keypad screen is black, push START. (Please note: The Parkmobile app may NOT be used when entering a validation code.)
  • Step 3: Press option “2” on the keypad for Enter Validation Code.
  • Step 4: Enter your license plate number, then press the green “Enter” button.
  • Step 5: Enter the 4-digit parking code provided to you, then press the green “Enter” button again.
  • Step 6: The expiration time will be displayed, and a receipt will print for your reference. There’s no need to place it on your dashboard.
